Located on North Division in Spokane, our Umpqua Bank project seamlessly melds into its urban and forested environment through a combination of both modern and rustic materials.
Inside, the home is open, light and understated. For materials we selected natural timber, stone, and glass, creating a warm and inviting aesthetic throughout the home. We intentionally picked these materials to compliment the surrounding area and region.
We designed the interiors to perfectly blend form and function with high ceilings and an open floor plan.
Moving through the office, employees are met with a comfortable, open and well-arranged workspace.
Large over hangs and flying V columns help set this project apart and create a unique spatial experience.
