Interior Design

If you are interested in hiring Uptic for Interior Design you are looking for [us] to conceptualize, design, determine and source materials and products included in the plans provided by our Architecture team. This includes materials, flooring, countertops, cabinets, etc. Our Interior Designers and Architecture teams work collaboratively throughout the design process to create spaces that address, protect and respond to their environment. Please note this does not include procurement (furniture, textiles, decorations etc.)

Tenant Improvement

This service pertains to hospitality, retail and commercial spaces. If you are interested in hiring Uptic for a tenant improvement project you are wishing to make customized alterations to a building or rental space as part of a lease agreement either as the tenant or building owner.
