This project involved the design and construction of a ±4,600-square-foot medical office building for a dental practice and an optometry clinic. The facility was designed to create a modern, welcoming environment for patients while optimizing functionality for healthcare providers. The layout included dedicated spaces for each practice, with patient examination rooms, treatment areas, and specialized equipment rooms, along with shared amenities such as a reception area, waiting room, and administrative offices. High-quality materials and state-of-the-art medical technology were integrated to ensure a comfortable and efficient healthcare experience. The building also incorporated sustainable design elements, including energy-efficient systems and water-saving fixtures, resulting in a functional, modern medical office tailored to the needs of both the dentist and optometrist.
