An adaptive reuse of an existing building in Downtown Spokane, our Magner Sanborn project provided a centralized location for our client with less impact than new construction.
A three-level space, our client chose this location because of its overall quality, abundant natural light and an open floor plan. All elements that accentuated with our design.
Our goal when designing this commercial space was to create a human-centered work environment. We combined a neutral color palette in the materials with pops of color in the furnishings to create a creative office aesthetic.
Design is in the details. This project’s success relied heavily on our team’s ability to think critically, visualize and collaborate transparently with our clients.
