This project involved the design and construction of a ±10,000 square foot office building for a high-performance building envelope systems company, which encompassed a modern office space, a fabrication shop, storage areas, and a vehicle and material yard. The office featured open work areas, private offices, meeting rooms, and collaborative spaces to foster innovation and teamwork. The fabrication shop was equipped with state-of-the-art machinery to support the production of advanced building systems, while the adjacent storage areas ensured efficient organization of materials. The vehicle and material yard provided secure storage for company vehicles and materials, streamlining operations. Designed with sustainability in mind, the facility incorporated energy-efficient systems, eco-friendly materials, and sustainable construction practices, creating a functional and efficient space that reflected the company’s commitment to innovation and sustainability.
