Rising confidently from the prairie of eastern Washington, our Modern Prairie Farmhouse project showcases a tight gabled roof and quiet color palette - harmonizing with the open landscape.
On the exterior, vertical tight-knot cedar siding complements the home’s black and gray tones. A rectangular circulating vein connects the three gabled spaces.
Though distinct, the gabled rooms find coherence through color, texture, and a unified theme.

Inside, airy and intimate rooms provide a balance of privacy and connection. Large paned windows illuminate the kitchen. Wooden steps lead upstairs to bedrooms, an office, and a mezzanine with views of the prairie and a distant grove of trees.
