About the Event
We’re pleased to welcome Cameron Rippy, Owner of Rippy Homes & Construction, who will present Practical Approaches to Building Better and More Efficient Homes.
Cameron brings a builder’s perspective to performance and efficiency — focusing on what truly works in the field. His presentation will highlight how thoughtful design details, local resources, and expertise can make homes more resilient, comfortable, and sustainable.

About rippy homes

Cameron Rippy, owner of Rippy Homes, brings nearly two decades of experience focused on high-performance building and sustainable construction practices.

As a Certified Passive House Builder, he possesses extensive technical expertise working with advanced systems, including Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), and geothermal systems. He is proficient in applying high-performance products and methods that result in highly efficient, durable homes.

He also serves as an Executive Board Member of the SHBA. He is a strong advocate for design integrity and seeks out collaboration with architects and designers who share his commitment to value and sustainability.

He is a lifelong resident of Spokane and lives in Nine Mile Falls with his wife and business partner, Jill, and their five reformed feral children.
